Investment Guidelines
- Garden Style, Mid Rise, High Rise (Preferably greater than 150 units)
- Section 8 project-based
- Single asset or groups of multiple assets
- Historic buildings eligible for adaptive reuse
- Fee and leasehold positions
- All cash or assumable financing
- Partnership interests including GP interests
- Bond Financing
- Debt (performing/nonperforming)
Acquisitions Submission Process
To complete a preliminary pricing analysis, Itex Property requires the following information:
- Full property description
- Previous year's year-end operating statement (Audit if possible)
- Current tax bill
- Terms of existing financing (if assumable)
- Market information
- Color photographs
- Location map
- Current rent roll
- Year-to-date detailed operating statement
