Three Itex Property complexes selected for HUD Green Retrofit Cedar Ridge Apartments, Crystal Creek Apartments and Pebble Creek Apartments have been selected by HUD to receive Green Retrofit funds allocated by ARRA. These highly coveted funds will be made available through OHAP and help to upgrade the properties to be Energy Star and Green compliant.
